Hi, I'm Gemma
I knew there was more to life than operating in survival mode; more than feeling stuck, unfulfilled and like I was settling.
I went inwards, dug deep and unplugged from the external noise.
Who am I? Who do I want to be? What do I want?
..I did ‘the work’.
As I begun to pick apart my beliefs and conditioned patterns, I shifted out of survival and discovered new feelings: curiosity, flow, freedom.
I began to live.
Why do I coach?
What could be more fulfilling than helping people to transform their lives?
Whilst training alongside my previous work, I found solace in the practice of coaching. I decided to take the plunge and change careers, taking the aspects I loved most about my work: nurturing, empowering and supporting others, plus my training in Holistic Life Coaching, to support clients in realising their innate ability to create change.
I provide a space for impactful conversations that allow you to explore what is held within you, consider all possibilities, and feel heard, challenged, and supported.
